July 2021 Peterborough Ontario Real Estate Market Update

July was a month of little surprises in regards to the real estate market in Peterborough Ontario. Showing activity continues to trend downward but our inventory has not grown significantly during this period of reduced activity. All of these leads us to wonder what the fall is going to bring, if our inventory continues to stay tight and buyers who have taken a summer holiday come back around.In this video I do a brief review of the major trends from this months statistics, and the trends we are keeping an eye on going forward!
