Shaun Pearce

My career in real estate stems from my early days as a young sales professional. My first love in my career was the field of marketing, and I spent most of my 20’s operating as an account manager and sales director for some of the biggest media companies here in Canada, including Corus Entertainment, The Toronto Star Corporation and Movingmedia Canada Inc. In my marketing career I spent all of my days working with business owners and entrepreneurs to help them identify their marketing goals, and to execute plans around everything they wanted to achieve. Through this process I became aware of something in myself that I had not always been able to clearly Identify – I too am an entrepreneur.

There are certain skills that are required to be successful in the world of real estate, and there is no short cut to achieving competence and excellence in the fields of Sales and Marketing, People Skills, Management Skills, Deal Finding Skills, Deal Analyzing Skills, Negotiation Skills and Closing Skills. I’m proud to say that I have spent over 15 years studying these skillsets and I’ve invested thousands of hours and thousands of dollars investing in myself, so that I can be of service to others in the best possible way.

I have lived in Peterborough for most of my life, and I know the local real estate market extremely well.
